  • MasterCard^® Global Service

    MasterCard^® Global Service is a customer service program designed to extend the issuer's customer service infrastructure around the world. MasterCard^® Global Service provides unprecedented emergency customer service anytime, anywhere and in any language.

  • MasterCard^® SecureCode™

    Enhances protection against unauthorized use of the Debit MasterCard^® at participating online Merchants. Once the card is registered and a private SecureCode™ created, the card owner will be prompted at checkout to provide it each time a purchase is made with an online merchant. The SecureCode™ is never shared with the merchant, it is equivalent to entering a PIN number at an ATM.

• MasterCard^® Smart Shopper Features

  • Extended Warranty

    Doubles the warranty time period and duplicates the coverage of the original manufacturer's written warranty on most new purchases for a maximum of one additional year.

  • Purchase Assurance^®

    You're covered for most items you purchase with an eligible card if they are damaged or stolen within 90 days of the date of purchase. Restrictions apply.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee

    Provides a money-back guarantee on most products purchased with an eligible card, if within 30 days of purchase the cardholder becomes dissatisfied with the product and the merchant will not accept a return.

  • MasterAssist^® Travel Assistance

    When you're traveling 50 miles or more from home, you can rely on a host of travel related assistance services including medical and legal referrals that can help you in emergency situations, or if you do not speak the language.

  • Master RoadAssist^®

    • Provides coverage if an automobile breaks down while traveling
    • Many services (jump-starts, towing, gas delivery, tire changes) are provided at pre-negotiated rates
    • Road service fees are automatically billed to the Premier Card account and the Cardholder is responsible for these changes
    • Emergency road service not available in areas not regularly traveled, in "off-road" and other exceptions.

• MasterCard^® Business Card Smart Shopper Features Also Include:

  • Master Rental/CDW

    Reimburses cardholders for physical damage to or theft of a rental vehicle when the cardholder pays for the entire rental transaction with his or her eligible card and declines the Collision Damage/Loss Damage Waiver coverage offered by the car rental company. Coverage is in excess of any other applicable insurance.

  • MasterCard^® VAT Reclaim

    US Companies are entitled to recover the Value Added Taxes (VAT) expenses that their company employees incur on foreign business travel. The VAT paid on hotel accommodations, employee meals, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, car hire and similar business travel expenses are recoverable in most European countries.
